Our 134 RAD PBV units are located within 2 sites:

Templewood Court -- 60 units designed for elderly and younger disabled residents
Sheldon Towers – 74 units in a high rise building, designed for elderly and younger disabled residents

The Section 8 Voucher Program is comprised of Housing Choice Vouchers and Main Stream Vouchers

Our Hickory Street Apartments are a mixed-income setting with a mixture of RAD PBV, Tax Credit and Market Rate units.

On Saturday, November 2nd, get dressed up for retro fun: a 70s & 80s Dance Party (plus a delicious dinner and silent auction) at the Franklin Conference Center to benefit the Homeless Prevention Center! It's a chance to have a lot of fun while supporting this vitally important organization. It starts with Happy Hour and appetizers at 5 p.m. Dinner's at 6 p.m. with dancing to follow. Our partners at the Southwest Vermont Agency on Aging are hosting a GRAND event at the Godnick Adult Center this Saturday, 5-8 PM, for kids & their grandparents, aunts, uncles, parents or other adult guardians. Dress for a fun night of music, dancing, tasty food, fall-themed arts & crafts, and other fun activities. Donations at the door help fund SVCOA's Eldercare Program supporting older Vermonters with mental health concerns. Kids get in free; Adult suggested donation is $10, but any amount is welcome.
