Ruthven Fire Auxiliary
The Ruthven Fire Auxiliary raises funds for all things fire related. We have our annual bake sale in May and a Father’s Day Picnic & Silent Auction. We give fire emergency assistance to families in need that are victims of a house fire. This could be a roof over their head or food and personal items. We also help the firemen when they are called to other emergencies. We help our volunteer firemen during these long emergencies by providing needed food and beverages. We use funds to assist and promote fire safety by giving young students educational materials and even provide scholarship opportunities for eligible high school students. We support the fire prevention week by providing elementary students at our local School with fire safety school kits.
