Join us for the 2026 Junior Making It Work Manufacturing and Engineering Fair on Thursday, October 8!

Junior Making It Work is an opportunity for Cleveland County students to learn about local manufacturing careers, connect with industry representatives, participate in engineering challenges and more. For the first time this year, JMIW will take place at the LeGrand Center, which allows us to increase our attendance numbers from ~120 students to over 150! This event is the perfect chance for you to connect with your future workforce and promote career awareness of manufacturing and engineering.
