Update: The Warming Shelter was shut down this morning at 11:00 a.m.

Lincoln Parish Homeland Security will open a WARMING STATION ONLY at the Ruston Civic Center today at 2:00pm. The Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office will provide security at the facility. Please enter from the north side of the Civic Center.
