🇺🇸 110 Flights. One Promise. Never Forget.

Today, members of P Safe, RFD, and members of the ATU and Russellville community completed the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb, climbing 110 flights of stairs in honor of the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.

Every step represented a life. Every flight represented a sacrifice. And every tired leg was a reminder that the courage and service shown that day should never be forgotten.

We climb to remember.
We climb to honor.
We climb so their stories live on.

110 flights. 343 heroes. One nation that remembers. 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 NEVER FORGET — SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 🇺🇸

Twenty-five years ago today, our nation was forever changed.

Today, the Russellville Fire Department pauses to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the first responders who ran toward danger while others were trying to escape.

We especially remember the 343 members of the FDNY who made the ultimate sacrifice that day. Their courage, service, and selflessness continue to inspire firefighters across the country.

We also remember the firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS personnel, military members, recovery workers, and families whose lives were forever changed in the days and years that followed.

Twenty-five years later, the promise remains the same:

WE WILL NEVER FORGET.

Fantastic first day!! We registered bikes, took pictures for our moms, and met up with our faves!!
