City of Russellville - Recreation and Parks With 23 parks covering 792 acres, there is plenty of room for fun and relaxation in Russellville

The Recreation and Parks department has eleven full-time employees who include four administrative and seven maintenance positions and fifteen part-time employees. These employees are responsible for maintaining the fourteen city parks that total 617.41 acres. Contact numbers for the department are the Hughes Community Center at 479-968-1272, the maintenance shop at 479-968-1271 and the director at 479-968-1205.

Our first ever Camp Russellville was a huge success!
These kids had a blast and seeing them outdoors and enjoying our parks and amenities put a smile on all of our faces!

Circus Camp is coming to Russellville!

🎪✨ Russellville… this is NOT your average summer camp. ✨🎪

The Piccolo Zoppé Summer Circus Camp is coming to the Russellville Soccer Complex June 29 – July 3, giving kids ages 6–18 the chance to step into the magic of the circus and learn from real international circus performers. 🤹

Campers will get hands-on experience with:
✨ Aerial arts
✨ Tumbling & acrobatics
✨ Juggling & clowning
✨ Circus ba****ck riding with the beautiful Zoppé horses 🐴

Throughout the week, kids will build confidence, creativity, and new skills — all leading up to a live performance for family and friends under the big top. ❤️
