Civil Filing Fees Increase

Updated civil filing fees for both District and Circuit cases will take effect on July 1st. A complete breakdown of the new filing fees will be posted later this week.

The Logan County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office will be closed in observance of Independence Day. We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday!

The Logan County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office will close at noon today, May 19th, 2026, to allow employees to utilize their voting leave.
