Congratulations to Scarlett Elliott and DeLaney Ratleff who received the Rushcreek Township Fire Department Debbie Roberts Scholarship at Benjamin Logan Senior Awards Night. Scarlett plans to attend The Ohio State University and major in Radiation Therapy. DeLaney plans to attend Ohio University and major in nursing.
