Have you picked up your Summer Reading Log yet?! Unearth Your Story Summer Reading is in full swing across all libraries! 🦖📚🦕

At the Rural Hall branch, the Friends of the Library has provided special prizes for all children that turn in a reading log! When you’ve completed a row in your bingo sheet, or logged 3 books on the back, you can take your sheet by the front desk and choose a book from the prize shelf! (Books are limited to one per child, but as you complete more entries you still earn tickets for the prize drawing at the end of the summer!)

When you purchase from our Used Book Sales or donate to the Friends of the Library, those funds go directly to supporting library programs like Summer Reading!

Thank you so much to everyone who came to the library and dropped off books at our donation event last Saturday! We had a great turnout and are well on our way to stocking our supply for the next Used Book Sale!

If you weren’t able to make it, we are hosting another donation day next month on July 11, from 12:30-2:30. We hope to see you there!

Did you miss blind date with a book at Rural Fest (we sold out fast!!)? We've restocked our selection! Our blind date books are $5 cash or $6 for Zelle (they're charging us a dollar per transaction, boo!). Come see us today!

Today’s the day! We’ll be in the library auditorium from 12:30-2:30 to accept donations of books, puzzles, games, and movies for our next used book sale!

Brenu would like to remind you to "Unearth" your old books and bring them to donation day next Saturday from 12:30 to 2:30. He would like you to know that he might have special treats for any kids who want to donate their books. 😉🦕
