Huge congratulations to our very own Assistant Principal, Dr. Preston Woo, for representing RCHS on the big stage at the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals (TASSP) summer workshop! In his session, "Data Driven, Teacher Led," Dr. Woo tackled a major question in education today: How do you move from isolated pockets of excellence to campus-wide instructional success? The answer lies entirely in the power of a Guiding Coalition.
Dr. Woo broke down exactly how to empower a strategic group of influential teacher leaders to serve as the true "engine" of your PLC, and we are incredibly proud to see him sharing his expertise and leadership with educators from all across Texas!
