Qualifications: The person must be a registered voter of the city at the time of filing his or her declaration of candidacy and has been a resident of the city for a period of at least one year.

The City of Royal City is considering the future use of the now vacated old city library (located at 136 Camelia St). Proposed offers for use of this property are currently being accepted. Please provide the city with the following information for consideration.

-Name and contact information of person/entity making inquiry
-A description of your proposed usage of the building/property
-Whether you are interested in purchasing or leasing the building
(approximate building size is 1,087 square feet)
-The price you are willing to pay for the purchase or lease of the building.

This is for the area between the existing park and the planned soccer field to be located on the far east side. Multiple work zones to dot parts of US 26 near Royal City in Grant County

ROYAL CITY – Travelers on SR 26 from Vantage to just east of Royal will encounter a bustling road during the first few days of next week, with multiple work zones on a 31-mile stretch from Aug. 26 to 29.
Workers will chip seal the roadway from Vantage to just east of Royal City from Aug. 26-27 and will fog-seal the same section from Aug. 26 to the 29 th. Work will start at 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. all four days.
Travelers in the area will encounter pilot cars, flaggers and temporary rumble strips on the highway. The work is part of the North Central Washington Seal 2024 project, which began in May.
