We are committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers. The Rowland Water Dist

Rowland Water District originally provided water service to 200 local ranchers and farmers. The District was formed in 1953 and provides potable and recycled water for approximately 55,000 people through 13,500 service connections in portions of Rowland Heights, Hacienda Heights, La Puente and the cities of Industry and West Covina.

This year, the 7th–12th Grade Category of Rowland Water District's Annual Water Awareness Poster Contest was dominated by talented student artists from Alvarado Intermediate School!

🎉 Welcome Back, Joel! 🎉

Some of you may recognize this familiar face!

Joel Gutierrez first joined Rowland Water District as an intern in 2024, where he successfully completed our internship program and began his journey into the water industry. After gaining valuable experience with another water agency, Joel has come full circle and returned to RWD as a Maintenance I worker.

We’re proud to have played a small part in launching his career and are even more excited to welcome him back to the Rowland family. Join us in giving Joel a warm welcome! 👏💧
