Listen up, guys. It’s Men’s Health Month, the time to man up and take care of your health.

Eating unhealthy is easy, but it takes a man to eat healthy. Start by taking small steps like saying no to super-sizing and yes to a healthy breakfast. Eat many different types of foods to get all the vitamins and minerals you need. Add at least one fruit and vegetable to every meal.

It’s the fourth day of National Women’s Health Week! Today’s step for better health is to eat healthy.

For National Women’s Health Week, make small changes. Try these simple ideas:
• Make half of your grains whole.
• Choose water instead of soda or other sugary drinks.
• Use a smaller plate at meals to help control your portions.
• Pick fat-free or low-fat milk, cheeses, and yogurt.
