Spice Blend Bingo lent a special slice of flavor at game’s end today. Hope shared a custom spice cake with 1/2 cream cheese icing and 1/2 praline glaze with the group to celebrate a cooler day outside!

We got a jump start on September’s Healthy Aging Month with a little help from PAM Health Rehab! 💪💚

Physical Therapist Meredith LaBas led our residents through an interactive presentation focused on strength and endurance. Residents were inspired to incorporate what they’ve learned into daily routines.

Our recent Armchair Travel adventure took us to Cairo, Egypt, where we enjoyed a wonderful visit with special guests Marianne and her son Elijah, who shared about their Egyptian ancestry and personal experiences traveling to Egypt.

They treated us to an Arabic song, stories from their travels, and delicious homemade baklava! It was a fun and memorable journey. ❤️

We held a ChatGPT Creative Session this morning and discovered just how adventurous our residents are! 🤩

From daring excursions to fun, imaginative scenarios, our residents had a blast seeing themselves in fun new ways😂

A big thank you to Jessica with Visiting Angels for hosting today’s Hydration Station. We learned that staying hydrated isn’t just about drinking water. Foods like fruits and even soups can help keep us hydrated too.💧☀️

Yesterday’s Brain Health Lunch & Learn with PAM Rehab was informative and engaging. Stacey from A Place at Home helped residents discover strategies to reduce dementia risk, and encouraged them to try new things like our upcoming line dancing class to form new brain connections.
