The Village of Round Lake Beach joins the rest of our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honoring the courage of first responders, military members, and ordinary citizens who answered the call during one of our nation’s darkest days.

Twenty-five years later, we remember the heroes, support the families who continue to carry their loss, and reflect on the unity and strength that brought Americans together.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Please be aware that on Sunday, September 6th, at approximately 11:45 AM until approximately 2:00 PM, a section of Cedar Lake Road in Round Lake Beach, starting at Woodland Dr to W. Hawthorne Dr, will be closed in all directions for through traffic for the St. Joe's Annual Parade. Please use an alternate route and thank you for your patience.
Also note, the Village of Round Lake will have their jurisdictional area of Cedar Lake Rd. closed for the parade.

🎃👻 Trick-or-Treating in Round Lake Beach! 🍬🍭

Halloween is right around the corner! The Village of Round Lake Beach will observe Trick-or-Treating on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

We hope everyone enjoys a fun and safe afternoon throughout our neighborhoods! 🧡🖤
