The numbers from 2025 are in, and they tell a powerful story of what this community made possible!

Last year, the Foster Care Support Foundation distributed more than $11.5 million in clothing, toys, school supplies, and essential items to children displaced into foster and relative care across Georgia.

Because of your generosity, every $1 invested in our programs multiplied to about $13 in essential resources for children.

Behind every number is a child who found clothes that fit, a backpack for school, or a toy that brought a moment of joy during a difficult season.

Prom-a-Palooza starts this Saturday! ✨👗

We want to make sure every displaced teen girl in Georgia has what she needs for the best prom experience. 💙 Through Prom-a-Palooza, girls can receive prom dresses, accessories, and makeup completely free of charge. 💄👠

This event is open to junior and senior girls in foster care, group homes, or being raised by relatives like grandparents, aunts, or older siblings. 🤍

This year we’ve updated the format so girls can schedule an appointment and shop over multiple days, giving them more time to find the perfect outfit. 🛍️✨

It’s Wishlist Wednesday 💙

As we transition our Distribution Center from winter to spring and summer, we are in need of little boys shorts in sizes 4T–14. These are some of our most requested items and go quickly as families prepare for warmer weather.

📚✨ Every child deserves a book they’re excited to read.

At Foster Care Support, children get to choose their own books, but many ask for popular series we don’t always have. If your kids have outgrown their favorite stories, consider donating them to give those books a second life for a displaced child.

And don’t forget about our teens! Your favorite book growing up could mean everything to them.

Happy January ❄️ The new year has just begun and we’ve already seen so many wonderful faces and families this year!

We’re so grateful for the amazing support and donations from Unitarian Universalist Church of Roswell and the privilege of speaking to their congregation this past December. We’ve also collected lots of warm winter coats and other essential items throughout this month from donation drives organized by generous individuals in the community. These winter staples are a huge blessing to the children we serve and will help keep them safe and warm during these extreme cold temperatures we’ve seen in Georgia this season. 🥶

This year, Foster Care Support Foundation celebrates 25 years of showing up for children and families in relative care across Georgia.

To honor 25 years of impact, we’re launching our $25 for 25 Years campaign.

A $25 gift — or any amount you’re able to give — helps provide essentials, dignity, and stability for children who suddenly find themselves in new homes with relatives stepping up in times of crisis.

What a Christmas season at FCSF 🎄❤️
From volunteers and staff working tirelessly, to donors dropping off toys, to parents picking up bikes and gifts for their children — this program was filled with joy, gratitude, and a few happy tears. Amidst the beautiful chaos, we were even honored to have FOX 5 News stop by to help share the incredible work being done. We had so much fun celebrating the holidays together while making sure these kids have an amazing Christmas. Thank you to everyone who gave their time, resources, and hearts to make another Christmas unforgettable for families across Georgia. We truly could not do this without you.

Our center is all set up and ready for Christmas distribution 🎄❤️

Over 400 children will receive gifts filled straight from their wishlists, made possible by our incredible sponsors, toy drives, volunteers, and staff.

From red bags to wrapping paper to a photo booth for families — every detail was prepared with care.

We can’t wait to welcome families today and tomorrow.
