Day 1 SR 65 & Bergin Roundabout Closure
In an attempt to make the detour travel easier tomorrow than it was today, and keep parking along Bergin, we are moving Bergin Street back to one way only traveling northbound. Southbound traffic will use Water Street (east of Bergin beside the NSG fence). There is also a new cut out in the boulevard in front of the Recreation Center to make entering northbound travel easier on SR 65 when exiting from the Rec Center. Another boulevard cut will be made in the area in front of the 600 block of Dixie Hwy to allow for closer parking to the businesses. We understand your frustrations, and concerns. We appreciate your patience while we work towards an improved downtown district.

Help Wanted: Seasonal Public Works Operator
The City of Rossford is pleased to announce an opening for a Seasonal Public Works Operator. We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to support our community through hands‑on maintenance of all city owned buildings, grounds, streets and facilities, including but not limited to; grass mowing, grass trimming, power washing, leaf and branch pick up, pot hole repair, GIS and sign replacement.
Interested applicants should submit a resume and application to [email protected] no later than June 12, 2026. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour.

A reminder the Northwestern Water & Sewer District will be tapping the new waterline in the 600 block of Dixie Hwy which will result in a temporary water shutdown and boil advisory from today-Wednesday for the properties outlined in the maps below. Please contact NWWSD at 419-354-9090 with questions or concerns. Informational door hangers were placed at the affected properties last week.
