We are also grateful to our friends at Veterans of Foreign Wars and Cherry Island Golf Course for their partnership and support in making meaningful connections that help change lives.
📣 ANNOUNCEMENT
Hearts Landing Ranch is proud to offer $95,000 in scholarship grants for honorably discharged veterans to participate in our Equine Assisted Psychotherapy programs.
Our rescued horses have helped veterans facing PTSD, anxiety, depression, military transition challenges, and other invisible wounds find connection, purpose, and healing. Thanks to these scholarship funds, more veterans will have access to this life-changing program regardless of financial circumstances.
-Scholarship funds are limited and available on a first-qualified basis.

Wondering what goodies our Service Members ask for most often? Drop off any of the items on this list Friday, June 5th at Operation Care Package at the Roseville Auto Mall and they will be sure to please. Then join us on July 11, 2026 at the Roseville Veteran Hall to pack the goodies in Care Packages for U.S. deployed Service Members.

Women Veterans Recognition Day will be observed on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at NDVS Headquarters, 9400 Gateway Dr., Reno, NV 89521.

This special event will celebrate the contributions of women veterans across generations, provide an opportunity to connect with the community, and recognize the lasting impact of their service. Attendees will have the chance to share stories, build connections, and help inspire future generations.

Women Veterans Recognition Day, celebrated yearly on June 12th, recognizes, honors, and remembers the signing of the Women’s Armed Services Integration Act of 1948 allowing women the right to permanently serve in the regular armed forces.
All are welcome, and refreshments will be served. We hope you will join us in honoring women who have served.

While you’re enjoying the barbecue, the lake, the drinks, and the extra day with family…

Remember that some families would give anything for one more day with theirs.

Memorial Day isn’t about a long weekend.

It’s about the men and women who never made it home.
The spouses left carrying unimaginable grief.
The children growing up with only memories.
The folded flags that replaced welcome-home hugs.

Enjoy the weekend. Make the memories.
