On Sept. 30, the Housing First Minnesota Foundation is gathering nonprofit leaders and service providers for our Partner Pathways Non-Profit Service Provider Breakfast—a morning to connect, exchange ideas, and explore how we can work together to create housing solutions for Minnesotans experiencing homelessness.

Beautiful homes can make an impact far beyond their front doors.

This fall, two Parade of Homes Dream Homes are opening their doors in support of the Housing First Minnesota Foundation. Each $7 admission helps further our work to create safe, dignified housing for Minnesotans in need—making every visit an opportunity to experience exceptional homes while giving back to our community.

We’re grateful to the builders opening these special homes to visitors and to everyone who tours in support of our mission.

Today marks an exciting milestone for Hope House! 🏡💙

We’re thrilled to celebrate the ribbon cutting of this new crisis shelter—a safe, welcoming place where youth experiencing homelessness can find stability, support, and hope for what comes next.

This project was made possible by an incredible community of partners who gave their time, expertise, resources, and heart to bring Hope House to life. We are deeply grateful to The Open Hands Foundation/Hope House, John Kraemer and Sons Custom Builders, Westwood Community Church, 180 Degrees, Inc., and every builder, trade partner, supplier, donor, and supporter who helped make this vision a reality.

Together, we’re building more than a shelter. We’re creating a place of safety, dignity, and hope for young people who need it most.

The Housing First Minnesota Foundation, together with The Open Hands Foundation/Hope House and John Kraemer and Sons Custom Builders, invites you to a very special occasion—the Ribbon Cutting Celebration for Hope House. Join us as we celebrate the completion of Hope House, a new crisis shelter designed to provide safe, stable, and dignified housing for youth experiencing homelessness. This milestone reflects the power of partnership and the generosity of the builders, trade partners, suppliers, and donors who made this project possible.

For a young person experiencing homelessness, a safe place to sleep can mean so much more than a roof overhead. Yesterday's inaugural Hampton Companies Golf Tournament was a reminder of what's possible when people come together for a shared purpose. Benefiting the Housing First Minnesota Foundation, the event helped advance our mission of building safe, dignified housing for Minnesotans experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
