On Friday, we proudly celebrated 12 graduates of the 8-week summer Apprentice Ready+ program! 🎉😊

This hands-on training, delivered in partnership with the Karen Organization of Minnesota, equips adults with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue careers in the building trades and other apprenticeship pathways. 🛠️🪚

We’re inspired by the commitment and determination each graduate has shown throughout the program - and we’re excited to see where their new skills will take them next! 🪛 🔧
