As Waste and Recycling Worker Week comes to a close, we'd like to thank the dedicated employees of Roseville's Waste Services Division for the work they do every day to keep our community clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Whether they're collecting carts, maintaining equipment, assisting customers, coordinating routes, or supporting operations behind the scenes, these employees provide essential services that many residents rely on without a second thought.

This week, we were proud to share the stories of just a few of the people who make it all happen. Their commitment, teamwork, and pride in serving the community help make Roseville a great place to live.

This Waste and Recycling Worker Week, we're recognizing Steven, a Refuse Truck Driver I who made a career change and found a new passion serving the Roseville community. One of his favorite parts of the job is seeing the excitement on kids' faces when collection trucks roll through their neighborhoods.

Waste Services rolls into Mahany Park this Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m. with big trucks, hands-on fun, bounce houses, food trucks, and more.

While you're here, stop inside the Utility Exploration Center and grab a Big Trucks Summer children's T-shirt before they're gone. Nothing says summer like showing off your Big Trucks pride.
