We have been working with the Towns of Marbletown and Rochester and in turn they work with us

ATTENTION:
We will be doing roadwork on roads that will be closed during day hours of 8-4
Roads are Kallop Rd on Wednesday 6-17...... River Rd on Thursday 6-18 and Mtn. Rd on 6-22
This is all based on weather permitting.
Local traffic will be available during this time with delays

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Frank Petramale and Bleu Terwilliger from the Town of Ulster and Village of New Paltz, respectively for helping out our Town in sweeping up sand from this winter. Our sweeper is still down and being repaired and these 2 men stepped up and helped our Town

❄️ Winter Storm Watch Issued for Our Area ❄️

The Town of Rosendale Police Department would like to make residents aware that a Winter Storm Watch has been issued for the area beginning Sunday, February 22 at 7:00 AM

We are asking all residents to please:

🚗 Make arrangements to clear vehicles from roadways to allow snow plows and emergency vehicles safe access.
🔦 Prepare for possible power outages by charging devices, checking flashlights, and ensuring you have essential supplies on hand.
🧂 Stock up on necessary items and avoid unnecessary travel during the storm.

Taking these steps now will help keep our roads safe and allow our highway crews and first responders to do their jobs effectively.

Main St will be closed Thursday AM 2/5/26 from 3:00am on for snow removal.
All vehicles must be off Main St or will be towed or ticketed per Town Law!!

ANNOUNCEMENT :
Rosendale Highway along with the NYSDOT, T/O Marbletown and T/O Rochester will be removing snow on Main St starting at 4:00 am Thursday 1/8
All cars are to be removed off Main St. Failure to due so will be ticketed and or towed.

ATTENTION: Tuesday & Wednesday (14th&15th) there will be work on Mossybrook Rd. Between Mtn. Rd & Center Rd.Expect long delays.
Suggestion for all traffic is to use Shoolhill Rd as an alternate to get to Rt 213.
