Food vouchers are provided to those that are in need.
• Medication Assistance
Assist residents with purchasing prescription medications for emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Ber
eavement Services
Assist with cremations or burials to families without adequate resources.
• Utility Assistance
Assist residents who are facing hardship with utility bills.
• Rent/Mortgage (Shelter) Assistance
Assist residents with rent, mortgage, or emergency shelter needs.
• Benefits Assistance
Assist with completing applications for SNAP, Medicaid, CHIP and TANF benefits. REQUIREMENTS
Person must be a resident of Fort Bend County which is defined as someone who has lived in the county for at least 30 days. Required Documentation
• Photo Identification
• Social Security Cards for all household members
• Proof of income and/or benefits for the past 30 days
• Proof of expenditures for past 30 days
• Proof of emergency or crisis
• Note: Additional documentation may be required to determine further eligibility.
