October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and also one of the busiest months of the year in our Imaging department! đź’—

At LifeCare, we offer advanced digital Tomosynthesis (3D), the latest technology in mammography. Radiologists can view breast images in "slices," which essentially allows them to see straight through tissue layers and makes it less likely they’ll miss an early sign of cancer.

Volleyball fans stopped by to connect with our team, learn more about breast health, and take the next step in scheduling a mammogram. Of course, there were also some fun giveaways and door prizes!

With a background as a physical therapist assistant and experience working with clients from a variety of skill sets, Kayla is dedicated to helping each client reach their personalized goals while building a strong trainer-client rapport.

One of Kayla’s favorite parts of one-on-one sessions is seeing clients reach their goals and being able to complete the fun activities they enjoy in life.

She is passionate about helping each client find their spark for lifelong fitness through unique workouts that are tailored to build individual strength.

Kayla is currently accepting clients at both our Warroad and Roseau locations.
