Day Haven Adult Day Services Social Model Program Supporting Elders, Caregivers, and Life We offer flexible scheduling and full or part time enrollment.

Our social model adult day services program provides day-time care and supervision, a full range of therapeutic activities, and socialization opportunities for frail older adults and individuals with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia. Since 1984, Day Haven has been a pioneer in developing services to support elders in their desire to remain at home for as long as possible. Our therapeutic activiti

es, professional and caring staff, and our fun and supportive environment enrich the daily lives of our participants. Our commitment to caring ensures all participants are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Our knowledgeable staff including a social worker, recreation professionals and paraprofessionals can help you and your loved one make the transition to adult day services.
