Friends Forever Mentoring provides children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.We are focused on creating positive change in our local youth and providing them with the skills needed to succeed and be happy in life. ip that they can depend on for support and guidance. Formerly known as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lake County and Flathead Reservation, we have served over 900 youth in four school districts in the last ten years. Although our name changed, the mission and philosophy of the program remains the same. The mentoring program continues to focus on providing one-on-one relationships among the youth in our local communities. We work with parents/guardians, volunteers and others in the community and hold ourselves accountable for each child in our program achieving: Higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships Avoidance of risky behaviors Educational Success.
