Today at the White House, I joined the MAHA leaders to roll out the 2025–2030 Dietary Guidelines for America. This is a reset rooted in common sense, scientific integrity, and accountability.

It’s not a coincidence that since the first Dietary Guidelines were published in 1980, America’s diet-related chronic disease rates have skyrocketed. What we put into our bodies impacts what we can get out of them and for too long, highly processed foods and artificial additives have displaced whole, nutrient-dense foods.

This update puts real food back at the center: food that nourishes, restores health, fuels energy, and builds strength—while honoring the farmers and ranchers who make wholesome food possible.

There is still much to do. But this is a good step forward on making good on the President’s promise to Make America Healthy Again.
