Please join us in congratulating and thanking EMT Linn Hess for her dedicated service to the South Central Ambulance District since 2013. Linn has been a vital part of SCAD’s history - responding to emergencies with professionalism, compassion, and a deep commitment to the community we serve.

On November 20th, Linn was presented with a Proclamation by the Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners, recognizing her loyal service and contributions to public safety. We are proud to see her honored in this way and grateful for the many lives she has touched through the years.

As she concludes her service with SCAD on October 31, 2025, we extend our heartfelt appreciation. Linn, your dedication has made a lasting impact on our district, our team, and our community. 💙🚑
