Lead Pastor Position 🙌

Clinton Alliance Church is seeking a full-time Lead Pastor to help lead a growing community of Christ-followers committed to glorifying God and loving others. Our mission is to reveal God to the world by leading people to know and follow Jesus.

The next Lead Pastor will provide strong biblical preaching and teaching, nurture a culture of prayer, equip the church to make disciples, and work alongside the elders to discern and pursue God’s vision for the congregation. The ideal candidate will be able to minister across generations, lead in outreach and evangelism, build relationships within the community, and foster unity within the body of Christ.

Founded in 1863, Clinton Alliance Church has been a faithful Christian presence in the Town of Clinton and surrounding communities for more than 160 years. Today, the church is a healthy, debt-free congregation with an average Sunday attendance of approximately 135 adults and children, active ministries for all ages, and a strong foundation for the future. Located in the beautiful Hudson River Valley of New York, Clinton offers small-town charm, scenic countryside, and a wonderful opportunity to serve and reach a growing and diverse community with the hope of Jesus Christ.

Brian and Sarah Powell lead Delta Lake Bible Conference Center and still serve through their gifts of worship at Rome Alliance Church 🙌

They love the local church and continue to use their gifts to serve the church in different ways.
