While others sit on the sidelines, our organization is actively working to deliver real results for our community. We have officially drafted and put forward two major initiatives to protect your pocketbook and our community's core values:

1️⃣ The 3% Grocery Tax Resolution: A plan to eliminate the tax on unprepared food and provide immediate financial relief to every working family.

2️⃣ The Proclamation for the Nuclear Family: A formal declaration to recognize, support, and uplift the foundational bedrock of our society.

It appears the state operates on an insular logic, executing policies from a playbook hidden from the electorate.

Are private developers skipping out on local property taxes in our community? By using a loophole called "Bonds-for-Title," developers shift their land deeds to local government authorities to wipe them off the tax rolls. Instead of paying standard property taxes, they use a PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) scheme to negotiate discounted payments, starving our schools and roads of vital funding while hiding the deals behind a massive web of shell companies.
The Bottom Line: When big developers get tax discounts, everyday taxpayers foot the bill
