Join us for a four week heart pumping sweat session with WARRIOR Combat beginning May 5th at 5:45pm!

WARRIOR Combat has two 30 minute sections that are distinguished by timed intervals and moves synchronized to music. Both include boxing combinations, HIIT training, total body strength and aerobic conditioning.

In the first half of class, you will learn three kickboxing combinations and perform conditioning and strength training intervals. This section is set to a timer as you are encouraged learn at your own pace.
The second half of class involves the combinations from the first half, choreographed to motivating music that keeps you moving your body!

Bring a set of light or medium dumbbells, yoga mat, and water and get ready to feel like a confident rockstar!
