: We need your help to find Atreus Johann Bird, who is missing from Greene County.

The 2-year-old is 3', 30 lbs., with blonde hair and blue eyes, last seen in the area of Hilldale Road in Midway wearing Olaf pajama pants and no shirt or shoes.

Atreus Bird has a known medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.

Today, Hawkins County was impacted by a severe wind event that impacted the Rogersville, Guntown, and Persia communities.

The storm caused significant damage across the impacted area. Two commercial structures and one residential structure were destroyed, and nine additional residential structures sustained damage. A large number of trees and power lines were also brought down throughout the area.

There were 3 non life threatening injuries. At this time, to our knowledge, there are no unmet needs related to this event. We always want to make sure that nothing has been missed, if you have unmet needs contact dispach at 423-272-7121.

A command post and staging area were established at the Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office as responders from all disciplines of emergency services came together and worked as one team to assist our community.

A special thank you goes to every responder, agency, utility worker, street / highway worker and citizen who stepped up to help during today’s response. Thank you to County Mayor Linkous and Rogersville Mayor Metz for responding and assisting at the command post.

Our thoughts are with everyone impacted by today’s severe weather.
