For most of my career, I've worked in situations where preparation matters.

In the Arkansas Army National Guard, I led teams, managed logistics, and helped make sure units were ready when they were needed. At my corporate job, I've spent years working in business continuity, resilience, and emergency operations, helping teams prepare for and respond to unexpected challenges.

Those experiences taught me that good leadership isn't about making the loudest statement. It's about understanding the problem, listening to the people involved, and finding a way forward.

The weather is finally cooling off, so we’re taking full advantage of it and getting as many doors knocked as we can before early voting starts October 19!
