A wide variety of recreational programs are available year-round, including youth and adult athletics and specialty programs for older adults such as day trips and weekly events. Rogers Parks and Recreation partners with ISD 728 Community Ed to offer over 150 programs throughout the year at Rogers facilities. The City of Rogers is also home to the outstanding Rogers High School and the many acclaimed Rogers Royals sports and activity programs. With Rogers Middle School and two elementary schools rounding out a strong K-12 system, families with school-age children can be confident that a first-class education is available right here in the Rogers community. In partnership with Rogers city staff and Council, Parks and Arena Commissions, Rogers Youth Hockey Association, Tria, HTG Architects, RJM Construction, IMEG, Anderson, Ayres Engineering, Innovative Structural Solutions, ISD 728, and many other partners, this vision is finally becoming reality. 🚨 Community Notice: Door‑to‑Door Canvassing in Rogers 🚨

The City of Rogers has been notified that several organizations will have representatives going door‑to‑door in our community over the next several days. These visits are lawful and often do not require a City Solicitor Permit under Ordinance 22‑514.

📢Under this ordinance, certain individuals and groups are exempt from needing a permit. They include:

• Individuals distributing literature, including nonprofit, religious, political, or educational groups, even when accepting donations or taking orders on behalf of the organization.
• Individuals selling newspaper subscriptions.
• Individuals making regular route deliveries of perishable goods (such as dairy or bakery products).
• Individuals visiting a home at the request of someone living there.
• Children under 18 participating in school‑sponsored activities or organizations such as Scouts or youth sports, when proceeds support those programs.
• Merchants or employees making deliveries to residents who have invited or contracted for service.

📢 Residents may always choose whether to engage with individuals at their door, regardless of permit status.

Please note: the previously scheduled County Road 81 weekend closure has been postponed by one week.

County Road 81, approximately ¾ mile west of Brockton Lane N (CR 101), will now close beginning at 7 p.m. Friday, June 5, through 5 a.m. Monday, June 8, for utility work related to the Fletcher Bypass project.

Please follow posted detours and use caution near the work zone. Local access for residents and businesses will be maintained.
