Last weekend, I attended a back-to-school event in Wilson County, where the organizers provided the students with some beautiful takeaways—including this coloring sheet.

As I watched my daughter color hers, I received a gentle reminder:
They’re watching.

My children are watching.
Your children are watching.
The next generation of leaders and servants are watching.

They’re watching how we show up.
How we persevere.
How we serve.
How we lead—even when it isn’t easy.
