Transpire House Rocky Mount's famous DIY/art house. Home of Ryan O'Doud and Commodity Fe**sh Records. Transpire House is a DIY art space in Rocky Mount, Nc.

It is the home of Ryan O'Doud and the headquarters of The Network and Commodity Fe**sh Records. We put on DIY concerts, promote local artists, organize leftist political events, feature art shows, and do many other creative things. Transpire house has a rotating staff of interns/co-owners who use their time in the space as an opportunity to work on personal artistic projects. Transpire is part her

mitage, part punk house, part DIY space and is always open to the public rent free for art projects or political organization. If you plan on traveling to Transpire, you wish to do an internship or you are interested in putting on a performance please feel free to message us. Transpire;

Today Mary and I signed and had notarized the promissory note/rent to own contract for Transpire. If all goes as planned, on 06/06/2022 Transpire House will be transferred in ownership to the Transpire House co-op (currently Mary and I, potentially more in the future)

3 more solar panels are installed. Soon we'll have a small A/C unit

2 more solar panels ordered (to join the 1 extra) and wires. Screen assembled to keep detritus out of water barrel. Pine straw swept to make clearing to plant vegetables. Going to be a productive month.

Finished wiring from the shed. Battery is successfully charging. Also tested the water pump and H2O came through. Progress!
