Here are scans of the Opposition Resolution Template to the proposed 49 County National Heritage Area and letter of opposition templates handed out at the Mankato, Kansas meeting on March 27, 2021. Some of the language for the resolution comes from the Baca County, Colorado, Board of County Commissioners Resolution from 2014. Some of that language was used in the Cascade County, Montana Commissioners resolution in 2020.
