May is Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month. CDOT urges all drivers and motorcyclists to safely share the road. Crashes and fatalities are the highest during the summer months.

🚫 Never drive or ride impaired: Impairment remains a leading contributing factor in traffic deaths.

βš–οΈ Know the laws: Lane filtering is legal in Colorado and is one way for motorcyclists to protect themselves.

⏩ Follow speed limits: Speeding endangers yourself and everyone around you.
