The amended proposed Calhoun County Zoning Ordinance and proposed updated zoning maps are now available for public review on the Calhoun County website. They are posted on the main page under "Latest News!".

The amended proposed Calhoun County Zoning Ordinance and updated proposed zoning maps are being made available for public review prior to the Board of Supervisors' consideration of the second reading of the proposed zoning ordinance on June 9, 2026, during a Board of Supervisors Meeting. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Room on the first floor of the Calhoun County Courthouse.

Property owners in Calhoun County should have received the Budget Statement Mailing in accordance with Iowa Code 24.2A. Due to a printing error, some notices may list Fiscal Year 2025-2026 in the top right instead of 2026-2027, but the information in the mailing is still accurate.
