Recreational Resort catalog and cabin's The Raven 🐦‍⬛
This loft model is a great 11’ wide park model floorplan With some unique angles in the kitchen and bathroom to optimize the spaces more efficiently. The kitchen is open and has room for an optional moveable island, and there is extra room under the staircase for storage. The living room is nicely appointed with some painted shiplap accents, the huge 8 window bay front. The hall is tucked in under the stairs and has a nice pantry and separate WD space ( you could even put full size W/D in place of the pantry, a rarity in tiny houses!) The bathroom has a huge 60” TUB!! The rear bedroom is queen sized and features the same painted ship lap from the living room, tall ceilings and double closets. Our display model is shown with only a single loft over the hall and bath area, but a much larger double loft that would include the space over the bedroom is also available!
