Assistant State’s Attorneys Donna Fenton and Jodie Mount join Montgomery County Police Cold Case Unit Detective Tara Augustin to talk about the arrest and conviction in a 23-year-old murder case, State v. Eugene Gligor.
On a spring morning in 2001, a Chevy Chase mother was found dead inside her home. It was a brutal murder, and sadly, a cloud of suspicion surrounded her husband for years. We now know, her daughter’s ex-boyfriend was to blame. You will hear how DNA from the killer’s distant relative led to his arrest.
