Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage of the first responders, service members, and citizens who answered the call in the face of unimaginable tragedy.
As we reflect on this day, we also recognize the strength, compassion and resilience that emerged from communities across our nation. May we continue to carry forward the spirit of unity, service, and hope that helped guide us through one of our country's most difficult moments.

Midweek Matters

Small actions often create the biggest changes.

This week, choose one thing you've been putting off and commit to taking the first step. Not the entire project. Not the finished result. Just the first step.

Make the call.
Send the email.
Take the walk.
Start the application.
Read the first page.

Progress isn't built in giant leaps---it's built in consistent, intentional moments. Every accomplishment starts with a decision to begin.

What first step will you take this week?
