$700 for weekdays (Sunday-Thursday) and $1000 on weekends (Friday-Saturday) for up to 10 people.

$500 Weekdays (Sunday-Thursday)
$700 Weekends (Friday-Saturday) for up to 10 people

Additional guests above 10 are pro-rated from the base price. (What the person rate comes
out to) Deposit is half which reserves your date and the remainder is due upon arrival.

We have 4 single rooms for $40 that have a Queen bed
1 Double room for $60 with 2 Queen beds
Climate controlled building with electricity, bathrooms and a kitchenette

2️⃣Day Roaming- Daily from 10 am to 5p $25 per person. Can be purchased at the office No age restriction
3️⃣Non Exclusive Days
For smaller groups or individuals, that can forego exclusive access to the facilities. Any weekday (Sunday-Thursday) that hasn’t been booked by April can be turned into a non exclusive day. Once a day has been booked for non exclusive it will show on the calendar
💲 Price- Tickets for our non-exclusive overnights will be $100 per person and offer the same hours and amenities as our standard private investigations. Guided Tour not included.
Non-exclusive overnights will be limited to a maximum of 16 people.

4️⃣Public investigations are conducted by our partnered public hunt companies. They are listed on the calendar by their name. Tickets are sold through them.
Some groups might have 1 event a year, their name will also be listed on the calendar

5️⃣Other
Several nights per year the Indiana State Sanatorium have guests on site unrelated to paranormal investigations. These guests may be attending a local festival, wedding or other events at our nearby properties. On these nights, the site is still available for paranormal investigations. Access to the main buildings is still exclusive except the common room which may be unavailable. Other people will be about on campus, but will not be inside the main buildings. The discounted price for these nights is $500 (weekdays) and $700 (weekends
