This should allow for school buses to make it through uninterrupted and ensuring a safe work area for our crews. Please plan your commute accordingly. Did you know that Public Works often assists other departments in Town with their needs behind the sceens?

We offer our lot for Fire Extradition Training to Rockport Maine Fire Department, Fire extinguisher training to Town Employees, and the use of our Mechanic (and lift) for routine vehicle maintenance to all departments within the Town. By doing maintenances inhouse, it allows for these cars and trucks (and even fire trucks and ambulances!) to be back out on the road ASAP all while helping to keep costs down with no labor gouging and no costly parts upcharges!

Thanks Rockport Maine Police Department for bringing your cruiser by for an oil change and tire rotation this morning!
