Plan accordingly for road and bridge closure ✈️

The Glover Cary Bridge (Blue Bridge) and Ohio River will be closed at various times through September 11-13 for the Owensboro Air Show presented by Owensboro Health.

The Blue Bridge will be closed to vehicle traffic during the following times:

Friday, September 11: 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 12: 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 13: 12:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

The annual Bridge Walk will take place Saturday morning from 7:30 a.m.-noon, giving the public an opportunity to walk across the Blue Bridge before the start of the Air Show.

The Ohio River and English Park Boat Ramp will be closed during the following times:

Friday, September 11: 9:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 12: Noon-5:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 13: Noon-5:00 p.m.

Boaters are asked to stay outside the restricted area during these times and follow all instructions from public safety officials on the water. You can find the map by clicking the link in the comments.

The Owensboro Air Show takes place September 11-13, with Friday Night Flight at the Owensboro-Daviess County Regional Airport on Friday and the free riverfront Air Show on Saturday and Sunday.

The 2026 Dale Fall Fest is almost here, and Hanke Studios is excited to be back documenting three full days of the people, moments, and traditions that make this weekend such a special part of our community.

We’re proud to announce Spencer County IN. Republicans as the Presenting Partner for Hanke Studios’ 2026 Dale Fall Fest coverage.

We’re also incredibly thankful to have Jimador Bar & Grill LLC with us as our Legacy Partner.

Jimador joined us the week after last year’s Dale Fall Fest, and they have been part of what we do ever since. Over the past year, they have continued to support Hanke Studios and the community coverage we work hard to provide. Having them alongside us again for Fall Fest feels especially fitting, because this is where that relationship began.

And finally we want to give a huge thank you to Jeff Bettag, owner of the Patriot Station Service Center & Cupid Transportation, for loaning Hanke Studios one of his beautiful golf carts to get around Dale during the fest!

Support from our Community Partners helps us continue documenting, promoting, and celebrating the people and events that make our community what it is.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll be sharing photo galleries, highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and plenty of the people and traditions that make Dale Fall Fest what it is.
