Our senior Rhetoric and Argument class welcomed Judge Dartt today for a meaningful look at the legal system beyond the classroom. He spoke with students about the legal process, the responsibilities of judges and attorneys, and his own journey to becoming a lawyer and judge. We are grateful that he took the time to answer students’ questions and share his experiences with us!

Student volunteers from Mr. Hurley's classes spent Tuesday assisting with the cleanup from this past weekend's Labor Day Celebration at the Gibson County Fairgrounds. Over lunch, the students also heard from members of the building trades in Southwestern Indiana regarding apprenticeships, careers, and benefits. Additionally, a big thank you goes to the Labor Day Association for a monetary donation to South Spencer's Career and Technical Education Program.
