If you like vacations on the water, this paradise is for you!

This 4 bedroom 3 bath waterfront home in Harpswell, Maine features 200 feet of pebbly waterfront beach on a large sandy cove. The beach is accessible by a private stairwell. The beach from the front of the property extends to and around Stover's Point beach, which is ideal for long walks. Kayaks, canoes can be launched from the property at high tide and the cove is well protected.

From the expansive private deck or screened porch enjoy the birds, an occasional seal, and other forms of coastal wildlife. Sailboats and lobster boats often go by. On Saturdays in August watch for the sailboat races in the harbor. The cottage faces Harpswell Sound with spectacular sunrises and offers a nice view of the Cribstone Bridge located between Orr’s & Bailey’s Islands. The large yards in the front and back are well-groomed and conducive to family games. The entire yard facing the ocean is fenced in to keep little ones in your party close by.

The house is SUPER comfortable, ESPECIALLY the beds, for a great night's sleep after a busy day on vacation. There is hi speed wifi, Cable TV, and a modern equipped kitchen. The Media Room downstairs has a wide screen Cable TV, and a DVD Player. Big comfy couches for watching movies, sports, or your favorite TV shows!

Don't feel like cooking? There is a fantastic breakfast and lunch cafe nearby called The Schoolhouse Cafe, and for dinner, Erica's is one of the best Lobster Shacks in Maine, and the Dolphin Restaurant is an incredible sit-down dining experience. All three restaurants, just minutes from the house!
