We are getting closer to opening! To help us get there, we’re holding two more donation days next week:

Our biggest need right now is household items.

Tonight @ Hot Hill! Polyjamorous Concert benefit starts at 7 PM!

THey will be collecting urgent needs items such as sleeping bags, tents, and tarps, as well as cash donations in support of Homeworthy's mission. And don't miss Homeworthy's own Ryan Moody performing!

We're kicking off the weekend with a BANG 🎉🎉🎉 Today: Polyjamorous Concert for Homeworthy. Join us for the Polyjamorous Benefit Concert in support of Homeworthy on May 29th at 7 PM! This exciting event aims to bring the community together through music while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those experiencing homelessness. We are collecting essential items such as camping backpacks, tents, sleeping bags, tarps, and sleeping pads—vital supplies that our urgent needs coordinator will distribute to individuals who are homeless and camping. Your generous donations will help provide comfort and support to those in need. Come enjoy an evening of great music and be a part of a cause that truly matters. We look forward to seeing you there and making a difference together!.

We’re so grateful to Theo Kahn, a student at Ashwood Waldorf School, for choosing Homeworthy as part of his end-of-year project!

Theo built a beautiful handmade bookshelf and collected more than 200 children’s and teen books to donate to the Hospitality House Family Shelter and The Landing Place. As part of the project, he also gave a presentation to his school community about the process and the lessons he learned along the way.

This thoughtful act is a wonderful example of the many creative and meaningful ways community members contribute to Homeworthy’s mission every day. We are so thankful to Theo and his family for their generosity and support.

are hosting the 3rd Annual Cookbook Fundraiser in support of Homeworthy! This year’s event is happening on Sunday, June 7, from 10AM-2PM. Come by to browse donated cookbooks, discover new culinary inspiration, and connect with other food lovers.

Donated cookbooks are being accepted until the end of this week! Drop off at the following locations during open hours:

- The Carriage House: 9 Green St, Thomaston
- Lucky Betty's: 46 Elm St, Camden
- Arctic Tern Books: 432 Main St, Rockland

Tomorrow is the last Thriftworthy drop off date until we pause for some construction to occur at 618 West St. Come visit the space tomorrow, Friday May 15, from 10am-4pm to drop off your goods! Thank you so much to our community who has helped get this project off the ground. We are getting closer every day!

Thriftworthy will have two EXTRA donation drop off days next week! Monday, May 11 and Friday, May 15 from 10AM-4PM, we will have volunteers on site at 618 West St to accept donation drop offs. We are also still accepting donations by appointment on Wednesday from 1-4PM. Swipe to the last slide to see the full list of accepted items!
