So very sad. I just don't get people going outside if it's not an emergency. Why? Why risk your life? Really? You can't go without a smoke, a cocktail, a gallon of milk or loaf of bread for one or two days? We all were forewarned this was coming, so we did have time to get what we needed. (Most people, I do understand there are circumstances whereas you can't get out, and to those people, I pray their families tended to their needs before hunkering down for a few days.) Godspeed to the families that have lost loved ones due to this extreme weather.

Spent some time here today. Didn't realize how much you miss a special place until you can't be there as often as you used to. Saw the guys getting the front room and dining room cleared so the floors could be stripped a d waxed. Have an hour to volunteer? See Gary Seymour, Mike or the commander. Call the club for info. Well, according to the weather people, we've a varying amount of snow feasible. We've heard from 1" up to 10"! Talk about covering their butts! LOL. Regardless, drink responsibly if your going to be visiting us today! Designate a driver if you're in a drinking mood.
Be safe out there regardless of the amount of snow we do get. Have a great weekend!!
