As ILETSB moves forward with a new vendor to provide P.O.W.E.R. tests to officers in Illinois we would like to extend our appreciation to Deb Alms for the many years she has provided this service. Since 1992 she has performed 876 pre-tests to officers within our region. Many of those went on to have long term careers in law enforcement, including Chiefs, Chief Deputies, Deputy Chiefs and other command staff. Deb was their first introduction to the Mobile Training Unit. Her attention to detail, encouragement and professionalism was steady throughout the years administrating the test. Thank you Deb for upholding the standards and providing this instrumental fitness test to our member agencies prior to their attendance at the academy!
